123. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the reason rent support was terminated in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12702/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe rent supplement of the client concerned was initially suspended by a local Community Welfare Officer on 31 October 2012, pending the completion and return of the necessary rent review forms to verify rent payable was within the statutory limits for that area. The Department is still awaiting confirmation of same.
