179. Deputy Áine Collins asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the position regarding a response to a query regarding a hackney vehicle licence in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Cork. [18230/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe regulation of the small public service vehicle industry, including the administration of the local area hackney licence, is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act, 2013.
