104. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 49 of 27 November 2013, if he will request the Revenue Commissioners to contact the person in question to confirm that the register has been amended and that their details are now correct. [19431/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraRevenue has confirmed to me that the person's records were correctly amended on the LPT Register in November 2013 on foot of the Deputy's previous Question. Revenue also confirmed to me that a member of the LPT team has made telephone contact with the person and assured her that her details are correctly recorded and that her affairs are fully in order. The person requested Revenue to confirm to her in writing that her affairs are fully in order and a letter in this regard has now issued to her.
