355. Deputy Willie O'Dea asked the Minister for Social Protection when a decision will be made regarding the payment of pensions to the Waterford Crystal workers in view of the fact the court of justice of the European Union has made a ruling on this case; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Given this matter remains before the courts it would not be appropriate that I comment further on the issue you have raised or any specific aspects of the case at this time. However, I can advise that this case will be heard in Court in late autumn.
