461. Deputy Eoghan Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will provide information as to the reason Dublin City Council has failed to meet its contractual requirements and transfer title to a company (details supplied). [21160/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Gateway development of private and social housing units was provided on publicly owned lands as part of the Ballymun regeneration project. My Department understands from Dublin City Council that the disposal and transfer of the common areas is the responsibility of the developer in accordance with the terms of the Development Agreement between that developer and Ballymun Regeneration Ltd, as agent of the City Council.
