587. Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the position regarding the single farm payment in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Mayo; if same will now be expedited due to financial hardship; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Payment under 2013 Single Farm Payment issued in December, this payment included a penalty in relation to an error relating to land also declared by another applicant. Following an appeal by the person named this penalty has now been removed and a supplementary payment will issue shortly.
