Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if his attention has been drawn to that due to a cut in funding to an aftercare service for children with special needs in a club (details supplied) the service was forced to close as a result; if the possibility of continuing the service has been considered by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
