Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when an application for single farm payment will be adjudicated upon in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath; if same will be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. An application under the 2014 Single Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 14 May 2014. However, since he does not currently hold any Single Payment Scheme entitlements, there is no payment due him under the 2014 Single Payment Scheme.
