Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to reports that surveillance equipment was illegally used in an office used by maintenance staff at Letterkenny General Hospital; if he will reassure staff at Letterkenny General Hospital that their right to privacy in the workplace was not compromised; if he will establish if this practice has not occurred anywhere else within the health system; and his plans to ensure that it does not recur.
