133. Deputy Micheál Martin asked the Taoiseach the number of freedom of information requests his Department has received to date in 2014; the number that were refused; the number that were appealed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31404/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraA total of 65 requests under Freedom of Information have been received to date in 2014 by the Department of the Taoiseach. Three have been refused and no records found for a further seven. To date just one request for an internal review has been made and none has been subject to an appeal to the Office of the Information Commissioner.
