Donnelly asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide an update on the €20 million investment being made by the National Asset Management Agency in an extension to the Scotch Hall shopping centre in Drogheda, County Louth; the number of jobs that will be created or maintained by the investment; whether that investment has been delayed or cancelled in view of the fact that no new works have commenced on the site, despite expectations that works would have commenced at the start of 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
