Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will provide an update on the JobPath tender process; the number and names of companies that submitted a bid; and if any of the companies that bid have had involvement in the delivery of the work programme in Britain. This is a confidential process and is being conducted in accordance with EU and national public procurement rules. No information in relation to the tenders will be released during the process.
