309. Deputy James Bannon asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the position regarding the renewing of a driving licence in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Longford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31830/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe operation of the National Driver Licensing Service is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority, and I have no power to intervene in individual cases. I have therefore referred the question to the Authority for Direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
