250. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will provide a breakdown of the number of full-time counsellors that are available in each third level institution; the ratio of counsellors to students in each institution; and if she will make a statement on the matter. In the higher education sector, the internal allocation of budgets for various grades is a matter for individual institutions. My Department has no role in this matter and therefore the information sought by the Deputy is not held by my Department.
