556. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision on a dual claim appeal will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32639/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Agriculture Appeals Office received an appeal from the above-mentioned in relation to a dual claim. On receipt of the file from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine the appeal was assigned to an Appeals Officer. An oral hearing was requested in this case and was held on 17 June 2014. A decision issued, in writing, to the above mentioned on 15 July 2014.
