1762. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the number of administrative arrangements, as opposed to contracts for service, her Department is a party to; if she will provide in tabular form the party or parties to the administrative arrangement; the duration of these administrative arrangements; the cost recovery value of these administrative arrangements; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Deputy is referring to administrative arrangements relating to the delivery of services which could potentially be considered for delivery through contracts for service to be awarded following a competitive tender process.

I am advised that my Department is not party to any such administrative arrangements.
