Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of test purchases which have been carried out nationally, including a breakdown of the number carried out in Dublin, under the Intoxicating Liquor Acts in the years 2012, 2013 and to date in 2014; and the frequency at which future test purchases under the Acts will take place for the remainder of this year and in the coming years.
