227. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the reason a person (details supplied) in County Donegal has lost a taxi service through the rural transport group; if he will reinstate the taxi service; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39587/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Transport Authority (NTA) has responsibility for the regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013. It also responsible for the administration for the Rural Transport Programme.
