416. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a single farm payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41287/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named applied for the Single Payment/ Disadvantaged Areas Schemes on 11 th April 2014. Processing of the applications has recently been finalised. Minor overclaims were discovered on two land parcels declared by the person named. As these overclaims were less than 3% no penalty was applicable and payments have recently issued for both schemes based on the Department’s determined area.
