Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health if a third rheumatology consultant will be appointed by the Health Service Executive to service those suffering from arthritis in the north west region; if a person specialising in juvenile or paediatric rheumatology will be appointed to support parents of children with arthritis in the region [41034/14]
