Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if her attention has been drawn to a report that was produced by one of her senior officials in February 2008 about a former employee (details supplied) in Dublin 6, which stated that she had been the subject of a written Garda complaint, when the gardaí have no record of this complaint; if her attention has been further drawn to the fact that the gardaí have no record of this complaint; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
