167. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will provide in tabular form, the number of staff in his data protection office; if he has a specified data protection officer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [44734/14]

My Department has three staff who have been assigned specific responsibility for different areas of Data protection.  All staff within my Department are regularly reminded of their own responsibilities for data protection.
