239. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason a person (details supplied) in County Cork has not yet received their single farm payment and disadvantaged area payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [45164/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named applied for the 2014 Single Payment and Disadvantaged Areas Schemes on 25 April 2014. Payment was initially delayed as the person named incorrectly claimed permanent pasture on a number of land parcels that were partly forestry. This issue has been corrected and payments will shortly issue under both schemes on the eligible area excluding the forestry parcels as they are not cleared for payment. A supplementary payment will issue when the forestry parcels are cleared for payment.
