Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health the details of the response times for ambulances in counties Carlow and Kilkenny; if it is the case that ambulances are dispatched from County Galway to provide a service for County Carlow; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
