267. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason for the delay in transferring entitlements in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal despite having submitted the necessary signed indemnity form to his Department. [45904/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department received a 2014 Transfer of Entitlements application form on 15th May 2014 requesting the transfer of 7.18 Single Payment entitlements from a deceased person to the person named.
As this transfer was by way of inheritance, it was necessary to request testamentary documentation in support of this transfer. My Department has received the necessary documentation and the transfer of entitlements application has now been processed.
