490. Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will direct Iarnród Éireann to change its punctuality targets for Intercity and commuter peak services from ten minutes to five minutes; and his views on the punctuality targets for comparable rail networks internationally.
