287. Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the new dairy equipment scheme, which has been allocated funding under the new CAP programme, will be made available to farmers; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [49534/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Dairy Equipment scheme is a priority scheme to be launched as part of the TAMS II Measure under the new Rural Development Programme 2014-2020. EU approval is awaited and the process is well underway, but it is not possible at this stage to fix definitive dates for the introduction of the scheme.
