323. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when applications to transfer entitlements will be completed by his Department for herd owners (details supplied) in west Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1389/15]

Three Transfer of Entitlement applications, from the persons named, were received in my Department and the processing of all applications has been completed. Payment will issue in the coming days.
