Deputy Áine Collins asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a person (details supplied) in County Cork will qualify to apply for payments under the new scheme in view of the fact the person did not previously receive payment under the disadvantaged area scheme or the single payment scheme and did qualify for the rural environment protection scheme of the agri-environment options scheme.
