Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of farmers who have not completed their rural environment protection scheme participation; the dates that farmers will complete their agri-environment options schemes 1, 2 and 3; the number of farmers currently participating in each of these schemes; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThere are a total of 848 participants who have still to complete their REPS4 participation. Their participation in the Scheme will cease on 31 December 2015. The table below outlines the number of farmers currently participating in each of the AEOS Schemes and the dates on which they will complete their AEOS contract.
