Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will confirm that her Department is currently reviewing the contractual arrangements between community employment supervisors and their direct employers; the reason for this review; the time frame for this review; and if she will provide a report on the findings of the review to date. I can confirm to the Deputy that the Department of Social Protection is not currently undertaking a review of the contractual arrangements between community employment (CE) supervisors and their employers CE Sponsoring Organisations.
