287. Deputy James Bannon asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of agricultural appeals in 2014 dealt with by oral hearings; if he will provide a detailed breakdown of the various decisions under appeal; if he will provide, under each heading, a breakdown of the results of the appeals; if he will provide, in detail, the number of appeals under each heading that were successful in full, only partly successful or not successful at all; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Agriculture Appeals Office has indicated that a total of 351 oral hearings were held in 2014. Of these 32 were allowed, 5 9 were partially allowed and 225 were disallowed, 29 were revised by the Department and 6 were withdrawn.
