Deputy Seán Ó Fearghaíl asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 342 17 February 2015, the way very elderly or disorientated patients make the necessary applications for refunds; his views that the refund system itself should pick up such cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
