Deputy Peter Mathews asked the Minister for Health if he will intervene to address the massive underfunding issues in respect of an organisation (details supplied) through real and fair assessments of needs and fair economic fees for capitation for service users; if he will ensure a mechanism is in place to provide sufficient funding for capital expenditure on a regular and sustained basis to ensure safe and fit-for-purpose homes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
