Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health if he will expedite the funding process and agree the plans put forward for a respite house (details supplied) in County Carlow; if the issues raised by the estate management section of the Health Service Executive will be resolved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy.
