Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his views on including funding under the new farm safety scheme for the installation of a road underpass in view of the large number of farmers who have land holdings on either side of busy roads; his views that this presents a clear safety hazard to both farmers and road users alike; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
