493. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 313 of 20 January 2015 in which she indicated she was making inquiries with the Courts Service, if the information has been retrieved or when can it be expected. [11873/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that I am continuing to make enquiries with the Courts Service and the Garda Síochána in relation to the information sought by the Deputy and I will write to the Deputy directly as soon as it is to hand. I want to assure the Deputy that I am treating as a priority the need to have in place the most efficient and effective processing and recording of data in respect of non-production of licences and all necessary procedures to ensure follow-up action.
