190. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he has received an application from Donegal County Council for a foreshore licence for a beach (details supplied) in County Donegal; his plans to sanction this foreshore licence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have approved the application from Donegal County Council in respect of proposed dredging at Magheraroarty Pier and re-use of the dredged material at nearby Dooey Strand. The draft licence is in the final stages of execution and I expect the sealed licence to issue soon.
