Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health if he will confirm that caseloads now being allocated to individual addiction counsellors working in the Dublin area have risen significantly, and in some cases individual Health Service Executive addiction counsellors are being allocated in excess of 200 cases per individual addiction counsellor.
