74. Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason a payment under the forestry premium scheme in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Limerick has not issued; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13480/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn on-site inspection was carried out by the Forest Service Inspector and based on his inspection report, grant aid has been refused for this application as Shell Marl permeates the site. This decision was notified to the applicant by letter dated 29 January, 2014 offering her the option of lodging an appeal within 30 days but no further correspondence has been received from the applicant.
