626. Deputy Dan Neville asked the Minister for Health if he will intervene to ensure that a deficit issue in respect of an organisation (details supplied) in County Cork is dealt with, in order that there is minimum impact on its service users; if he will sanction certain criteria in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy.
