Amharc ar fhreagraI have been advised by the Special Liquidators that they have issued proceedings against the person referred to in the question and the Discovery Motion was heard in the Commercial Court on Tuesday (14 April 2015). Neither I nor the Special Liquidators are in a position to provide any further information on this matter.
