The person named commenced REPS 4 in August 2009 and received payments for the entire duration of their contract which was terminated on the 31st December 2014. Following an on-farm inspection in 2011 areas of non-compliance under the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme were discovered which resulted in the application of penalties amounting to 50% and 19% respectively. Following an appeal to the Local Office Inspectorate these penalties have been reduced to 25% and 9% respectively and the resulting payment due will now issue to the person named at the earliest possible opportunity.
