294. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Finance his views on a matter regarding the purchase of a property (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15308/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that having regard to taxpayer confidentiality, they are not in a position to comment on the tax affairs of a third party. It is a matter for any such party to make direct contact with Revenue if they have an issue of concern.
