367. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to this Deputy's correspondence of 23 October 2014 and 19 January 2015 relating to the sale of Coillte land, when he will issue a reply; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15543/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraCoillte Teoranta was established as a private commercial company under the Forestry Act, 1988 and day-to-day operational matters, such as management of their property and land transactions, are the responsibility of the company. The queries raised by the Deputy in his correspondence were, however, raised with the company and a response has issued to the Deputy.
