Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of historic adoption files that have been transferred to Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, and previously to the Health Service Executive since each of the former adoption agencies closed down; and if these records included files on illegal adoptions, adoptions to the United States of America, vaccine trials, and persons adopted prior to 1952.
