Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will provide details of current rush hour traffic flows through Phibsboro, Dublin 7; future projections of same under various scenarios, including the completion of the Luas cross-city project; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Transport Authority (NTA) has responsibility for the implementation and development of infrastructure projects in the Greater Dublin Area (GDA), including Luas light rail projects. In addition, the principal functions of the Authority include the effective management of both traffic and transport demand in the GDA.
