Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health when the remaining 25 child and adolescent psychiatric beds, of a total of 80 committed to in A Vision for Change, will be made available to prevent further inappropriate admissions of children and young persons, in view of the fact that 89 young persons were admitted to adult psychiatric inpatient units in 2014; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
