569. Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the duties and/or responsibilities that have been delegated to the Minister of State (details supplied) in his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17832/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraMinister of State Ann Phelan’s responsibilities were extended by the Government in late 2014. In addition to her assignment to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, and the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, she has taken on additional responsibilities in my Department, which include a range of functions relating to Community, Local and Rural Development. The need for a formal Delegation of Functions Order in relation to any associated statutory responsibilities/functions will be kept under review.
