85. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when a decision on disability allowance will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19641/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that the Department has received an application for disability allowance (DA) from the person concerned. The Department has written to the person in question on 24 April 2015, asking him to forward information necessary to make a decision on his application which was omitted from his initial application. A final decision will be made on his application for DA upon the receipt of the above requested information.
